CREEL SIDE

Creel is designed specially to provide soft yarn flow for high efficiency. Compact design therefore, taking up less space. Creel consists of 72 active and 72 reserve package posts for continuity of yarn flow.

 MD 60 - 72 ends FRIEZE HEAT-SET MACHINE Creel consists of;

- 72 active and 72 reserve bobbin adapters for continuity of yarn flow. 6 kg. bobbincan be attached to these type adapters.

- Electronic yarn break sensors to stop the line in case of any yarn breaks

TEXTURIZING UNIT

Frieze unit is used for processing Frieze and Shaggy yarn.

- Feeding speed between 200 and 650 m/min for high capacity.

LAYING UNIT

Yarn laying unit is used for laying yarn bundle onto conveyor belt according to desired density. It is completely controlled by touch screen control panel.

Yarn laying consists of;

*Coiler head;

-This part of unit includes 2 worm gears which are used for transferring the yarn bundle onto the conveyor belt.

-Laying speed can be adjusted between 200-650m/min by inverter control.

-Two support wheels help to yarn bundle flow.

-Easy to use and easy to maintain

*Positive yarn feeding Godets

-Feeding tension can be adjusted via inverter control.

-Provide positive yarn feeding

-Yarn tension can be adjusted properly

-Very low damages on the yarn, thanks to soft pulling

-Allows for quick and easy change over from textured to straight and from straight to textured on either channel. Just lift the Coiler unit and pull the yarn bundle to frieze unit. No need to take out or add any parts or any equipments

HEAT SET PREPARATION UNIT

Heat Set Preparation Unit is being used for pre heating of the yarns at the lower temperature before high temperature in the main chamber. Thanks to this, physical deformations related to thermal shock at the entrance of the main chamber can be eliminated especially for straight set yarns. System has been designed with a circulation which is at the opposite direction of the main chamber circulation. System is composed of main body, circulation fans, and heating elements.

MAIN CHAMBER

Steam chamber is the main part of heat-set machines. Heat-setting process comes true in that section. Main chamber has 6000mm tunnel length and 4 circulation fans. It is equipped with electrical heaters to increase the steam temperature. Multi point temperature control gives more stability of temperature in the chamber. Proportional steam feeding can be controlled by humidity control device (Pleva). Inverter controlled steam circulation fans provides energy saving.

COOLING AND RELAXATION ZONE

Related to steam which is being circulated inside the chamber, yarn bundle keeps some amount of humidity and excess heat on its body. Through the cooling zone which is started from the end of steaming chamber, the excess humidity and heat are sending away. Cooling fans are used for this process.

- Effective cooling with extra long cooling blowers

- Photocells for synchronization between MD 60 Frieze Heat-set Machine and MDA accumulators

- Cooling tubes at the end of the line for extra cooling

- Chilled water is used in these tubes.

- Two of these tubes are used for tension

- Short yarn path with lower tension thanks to patented yarn separator cylinder

MDA ACCUMULATOR

Thanks to using separate control, provides opportunity to adjust the winding density.

-According to yarn count, easy adjustment

-Thanks to special system, provides stabile pressure on the yarn bundle

-Wide range ends number and yarn counts possibility.

-Thanks to patented yarn separator cylinder, yarn bundle moves softly with low tension. Owing to that, number of yarn break is decreased and production efficiency is increased. And also low tension provides a protection against loosing frieze and heat set effect on yarn.

-Thanks to short yarn separating path, operator spends short time to tie the yarns and this provides high production capacity with high efficiency.

AUTOMATIC TAKE-UP WINDER

OD AUTOMATIC TAKE-UP WINDER is designed for winding the yarn to 10 inch cylindrical bobbins (254 mm winding area) suitable for end use, according to desired length in meters and density. Winding speed goes up to 650 m/min.

Automatic take-up winder is equipped with below items;

-Yarn breaks sensors per end

-Positive yarn feeding system

-High qualified winding mechanism ( Max. 350 mm winding diameter and 10" traverse)

-Full automatic doffing cycle 

-Full automatic control panel
