BD - FINE YARN STEAMING MACHINE
The BD series use open-ended steam as a heater of steam chamber. One electrical heater element is using for stability of the setting temperature in the steaming chamber. It is specially designed for the enterprises which already have a steam generator (steam boiler). The High-Bulk machine can run with 4 spindles and multiple ofit depending of the production requirement. Every spindle works independent from each other. This means that there can be ore than one type of yarns in single process. The actuation of the conveyors is controlled with photocell sensors.
BD Series High-Bulk Fine Yarn Steaming Machines are designed for the steaming process of Acrylic, wool, cotton, and blended yarns with counts between Nm 40- Nm 8.
The rewinder spindle, lays the yarn on an endless conveyor beit, which deposit the ellipsoid bundle of yarn onto mesh conveyor beit which will carry it to the steaming chamber.
Feeding of the yarn to the rewinder spindle is being done easily by means of pneumatic vacuum feeding device.
Entrance and exit in the same side with onlyone working area Ali surfaces in contact with steam such as steaming chamber and transport belts are made rom stainless steel material.
All parts and equipments of the BD Series High-Bulk Fine Yarn Steaming Machines are esigned with low maintenance and long lifetime.
The laying speed as well as the laying thickness can be adjusted easily. The adjustable peed ranges are from 150 m/min up to 1050 m/min. The dwell time in the steaming chamber can be adjusted from 16 up to 28 seconds. Bach line works with own motor and frequency inverter. Every winder and conveyor works independent from each other.
The cover of steaming chamber can be opened easily by a lifting mechanism. Temperature in the steam chamber is sensed and controlled by thermo element (PT).
The BD Series High-Bulk Fine Yarn Steaming Machines can be installed side by side.ln this manner it is possible to increase the number of spindles to the production requirement.
