LT – 115 is developed for heat-setting process of synthetic yarns like polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and spun yarns like acrylic, wool, and cotton in laboratories or for production with lower capacities.

The machine has one line with an 1150 mm long tunnel. Parameters can be set on a touch screen like temperature, speed etc.. Parameters and actually alarms are shown on the operators screen. Speed of winding and transport belt can be set separately for different laying thickness. All actions are controlled by photoelectrical cells. Electrical heater elements are used for the heating of the tunnel. This machine is specially designed for the enterprises which do not have a steam generator. All process is controlled by a PLC system.
