The underlying principle of the Frieze Yarn Heat-Set Machine is to provide various types of frieze carpet yarns by penetrating pre-steam onto textured yarns in the stuffer box and then to set the twist and frieze effect of the yarns at a certain temperature being treated by saturated steam in the steam treatment chamber.The main purpose of this machine is to set the twist and the frieze effect of the yarns. Upon the user's request, the winder system of the machine is commissioned by disconnecting the frieze system, and then the machine will be used as a Heat-Set Machine as well. The machine realizes the fixing operattion for twist of the yarn. During the operation of the machine, the operational parameters are computationally entered and supervised on the PLC display according to the features of the yarn as well as to the user's requirements. All the safety switches and measuring points in the system are controlled with the help of electronic sensors and may be monitored in the operator's display.
The machine provides the following peculiarities on the yarns at the same time:

The machine consists of Creel, Frieze System, Winder System and Steam Treatment Chamber as well as of the Yarn Relaxation and Automatic Cone Winder Units.
Creel Unit: Yarns on the cones coming from the production line are attached to the cone adapters in the creel unit. By causing each yarn to pass through the yarn tensioning system and through the yarn ceramic guides is passed to the Godet.
The frieze system is fed at a constant tension with the help of this Godet. Frieze System Unit: Develops the frieze effect on the yarns and then the yarns are passed through the tunnels inside Steam Treatment Chamber by means of the conveying bands to set twist and frieze effect.
Steam Treatment Chamber Unit: By applying the superheated steam to the yarns here in this chamber, the process of setting twist, high bulkiness and frieze effect is realized.
Yarn Relaxation Unit: While conveying through the cooling section by means of the bands yarns are cooled and relaxed. This enables to get good quality frieze effect.
Automatic Cone Winder Unit: The yarn is automatically wound on the cones again, and so the process is completed
