After suitable High-Bulk process, the yarns are them feed to cake winding machine to remove the excessive heat and humidity on them. It is generally proposed that accumulated yarn in form of coiled cakes should be relaxed prior to any other process such as to form hank, ball etc. Otherwise yarn dimension and form will be deformed and quality will be lowered. To overcome this problem, AD series CAKE WINDER machines are developed and presented. Synchronization of the AD series Machine with our UD series High-Bulk machine is ensured by photoelectric cells over UD series steaming conveyor belts.

SYSTEM CONSITING OF:

• Winder Heads (2x2 Parallel winding by AD 54P , 4x1 Single winding by AD 54 S, 5X1 Single winding by AD 55 S) for take-up winding from UD High-Bulk Machine,
• Separate speed controlled motors inverters by operator panel,
• Electronically yarn detector per end,
• Safety limit switches each winder head,
• Separate tension regulation,
• Cake diameter Ø 500 mm, H 500 mm max.
